SRAL’s members are cordially invited to the annual autumn meeting 2024. Statutory meeting will be held on 16th November 2024 at 1 PM. Statutory matters will be discussed and handled in the meeting. There are no proposals from members of the Finnish Radioamateur League. 

The meeting will take place at Opus Business Park (Opus 3) on Hitsaajankatu 20-23, 00810 Helsinki. The auditorium, where the meeting will take place, is called Aida. Registration at the meeting place begins one hour before the meeting i.e. at twelve o’clock. 

You can vote for board members 2025 at the meeting venue from 11 AM to 1 PM. 

It is possible to attend the meeting remotely. In order to attend the meeting via remote connection you must have a device (e.g. a computer, mobile phone or a tablet) that has an internet connection, browser and that supports Teams video conference software. In addition, you must have an email account and the address must be registered in SRAL’s membership registration system in order for you to log in to the system. Registration for the meeting remotely happens by logging into Votech’s system and the logging in begins at twelve o’clock. Once you have clicked the link, you are directed to a page where you can order a code that can be used only once. This code is sent to the email address that is registered with SRAL’s membership registration system. Alternatively, you can order a code sent to your mobile phone as a text message, given you have a phone number saved in the SRAL’s membership registers. We highly recommend that you join the meeting well in advance for the meeting to start in orderly time.
