Bulletins in English
From January 2025 onwards, in addition to Finnish and Swedish versions, bulletins in English are published once a month to the SRAL webpage. If you have any content, news or information that you would like to be included in the bulletin, please contact the office by email (toimisto@nullsral.fi).
International amateur radio magazines available for download
League members can download ham radio magazines published by other Nordic countries. The digital editions are available free of charge from the member archive.
In order to download files from the archive, you will need a working email address, which you have provided to the League’s office. You can enable downloads by sending your email address to SRAL office using this form: Update your contact info

OH3AC has prepared a study package for English speaking members of the Finnish amateur radio family. Future ham radio folks can find this package and K module questions in English from the club’s webpage.

Ham radio events in autumn 2025
Jamboree on the Air – Jamboree on the Internet, or JOTA-JOTI event takes place between 17th and 19th October. The Scouts would like to thank all amateur radio operators who participate and help out youngsters that are interested in ham radio hobby. For further information, please visit the event’s webpage
Meshtastic is an event at Tampere Hacklab on 23rd October. Meshtastic LoRa is an open source distributed multi-hop network designed for low-power devices. Technology enables communication services that are not dependent on public networks, such as the internet and mobile phone networks. Viitasaaren Radiokerho ry OH6AAD organises its traditional autumn camp between 23rd and 26th October at Kolima in Viitasaari. The scenery of the lake is magnificent and there will be programmes dedicated to ham radio as well as hanging out with likeminded hobbyists.

In 2024 the service hours of the office are on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9 AM to 3 PM and on Thursdays and Fridays from 9 AM to 3 PM. On Wednesdays the phone service and the office are closed.
